It’s Here! The Free eCookbook Has Landed!
Update – This eBook is Now Available: Here (PDF Format Below), Kobo, Apple / iTunes (for iPad, iPhone, etc.), Amazon Kindle (costs $.99), Barnes & Noble Pubit (costs $.99)
It’s hard to believe that just two weeks ago I set out on this mission, and here I am with a completed 173-page eCookbook with 125 recipes and over 100 photos from dozens of incredible health bloggers and cookbook authors (thank you to every single one of you!). We also had a special time donation from a wonderful graphic designer; Emily of The Blog Fairy designed the cover image (she also designed this blog!) …
And of course, the recipes are kid-friendly (and adult-friendly!), easy, and delicious. The chapters include:
- Morning Muffin Mania
- Sensational Smoothies
- Easy Freezin’ Waffles, Pancakes, and French Toast
- More Smart Starts
- Dips, Fillings, and Spreads
- Soups and Stews
- Salad-Style
- More Lunchbox Love
- Sweet Snackin’
- Craving Cookies
- Essential Extras
Please spread the word to everyone you know that Smart School Time Recipes: The Breakfast, Snack, and Lunchbox Cookbook for Healthy Kids and Adults is now available for free! Use the download button below to download it right now …
(Have no fear, it will pop up right on this site, but it does take about 30 seconds to download. Save it to your files for use anytime! If you can’t view the file, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader – it is also free to download, and comes in pretty handy!)
Email friends and family, share it on facebook, tweet it, simply talk about it … we want as many people as possible to have the tools (a.k.a. recipes and food ideas) to transition their own diet and their family’s even further away from processed foods and closer to whole foods!! Thank you for your support and enjoy!

Thanks a huge lot!!
(and yes, it’s not easy to go dairy free in France, where butter and cheese are not only in every dish and every shop but also incredibly good! BUT now we’re healthy again, so…)
Bravo Alisa!!

thanks!

Great Job putting this together
Woohoo! It’s completed, and looks great. I’ll definitely give it a shout out on my blog, perhaps as part of my first day back at school 🙂
Thank you all, so glad it is well received!
Glori – It could be a couple of things. One is, you need the latest version of adobe acrobat viewer (it is free), otherwise you won’t be able to view it. You can download that here – http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Another possible reason is that it is just taking a little longer to download on your computer. It is 4MG, so if your computer is working a little slower, it could take 30 seconds to a minute for it to appear. It might look like nothing is happening, but then it will suddenly appear and your can save it to files.
I you are still having trouble, you can also get the ebook free via e-junkie – http://tinyurl.com/Free-Smart-School-Time-Recipes.
Just downloaded it, and read through the recipes, and drooled through it. Thank you so much for this, Alisa! You’re a rockstar for doing this. You’re not just words, but real, passionate action. I don’t have kids, but I was so happy to be able to contribute…and considering that I’m a student myself, I think I’m gonna put my own spin on these fabulous recipes!
Thank you so much! We just started Kindergarten and I am already running out of ideas.
What a wonderful resource! I am so going to do a cookbook spotlight for this awesome e-book! I see some of my favorite bloggers contributed some rockin’ recipes! YAY! Emily created such a pretty cover!
Thank you so much for putting this huge cookbook together, it must have been so much work! You rock! 😀
I got help!! and just downloaded this ebook…it is great!! Thank you for provided such valuable resource for free…I will try some of these pretty soon!!
