Oh this looks so good. I keep trying to get the guys to eat broccoli. I wonder if this would do the trick. Thank you for sharing this on Friday Foodie Fix.

That looks great. I usually cook a beef and broccoli dish, but I'm now thinking I need to change it up with the chicken. And I like your husbands idea of cashews. Sounds good to me.

Mmm looks delicious! And I love using chopsticks at home. I had a jade set when I lived on my own, but they were fragile and snapped during the move w/ J. Now I have stainless steel ones.

Beautiful looking stir-fry! Well, we all need a bit of distance from cooking and/or blogging once in a while. . . your mojo will return in good time, and I look forward to seeing what's in store when it does! :)

Hi Sweets!
Every night before bed, I read your book. I curl up with my TJ's choc chips or raw choc I am into making lately, and read. It's either you or the Real Housewives, honey!

As for this meal, love the brock and the sauce and the stir fry vibe.

And choc making question time...
Ok so if I use 1 Tbsp coconut oil (dont have access or $ to butter) and add 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder, then I add 1 Tbsp of agave and it's too bitter. If i add 1.5 Tbsp of agave, it's the right sweetness but it's slighly soft. I throw it all in the freezer and really, it works fine but i was just wondering if you have little molds you use for one thing, and then on the other part, your ratios. I have read your recipe and saw the powdered sugar addition possibly...anyway just picking your brain and if you dont have time for a reply....girl, go eat some stir fry and take a load off and i will figure it out. You've been more than amazing to me the past month :)

Hi Alisa. I'm so glad you like the chicken and broccoli. Two of my boys really like broccoli, especially in this dish, so we make it at least once a month. And yes, it's best eaten with chopsticks. :-)
