Looks like a wonderful book. I would love to win one. I am trying to cook natural and without chicken, pork, milk, cheese or garlic. My son is allergic to them. Thank you for considering me.

I found your website at Elanas Pantry. I would love to win The Garden of Eating Cookbook to help with my multiple food allergies and diabetes. From the posts I've read, there are a lot of people who appear to need this book. It's too bad it's not more readily available. Thanks for all the info.

I have a wish list of cookbooks, and I cannot decide on which to purchase first. So perhaps if I win won, it will get the ball rolling!

This book would be an answer to prayer for me! My 7-year-old daughter, Kate, was diagnosed last year with juvenile diabetes. We have to give her 4-7 shots each day, plus numerous finger pricks. Her sugars have been all over the place. Since her diagnosis, we have made cheese a bit part of her diet, because we thought her blood sugars would be more stable. Recently, I have found some families who have been successful at getting their little diabetics blood sugars in the normal range all the time by, in part, removing all grains and dairy from their diets. Eureka! We have started to do that, but I am at a loss for interesting things to make, since most cookbooks rely heavily on both dairy and grains. This past week has been a culinary bore for my little girl, and I have had a hard time feeding my family of seven with one on a special diet. I would like for us all to go GF/DF!
Thanks for reading my post! Your website looks great!!!

I would adore to win this book, mainly because the produce-filled diet that it recommends seems to mimic my own so much. All of the recipes you made from it look so good! I am on a honey mustard kick right now so that chicken is definitely making it onto my list of things to cook.

It looks like an incredible book. I love how it also has a lot of information as well as tons of healthy recipes. A great addition to any cookbook collection.
