Congratulations to the winner of my Organic Cereal Giveaway …

… Jennifer Fernandez of Apocalypse Cow! Jennifer will receive 8 boxes of organic cereal of her choosing, a Patagonia T-Shirt and some bonus coupons, all from U.S. Mills!

Jennifer actually won with her second entry, because she blogged about it. That extra mile paid off!

As for her first entry: ” Great giveaway! Lets see for us: Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice with Mixed Berries (my daughter would LOVE that), the plain Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice to add to my granola (yummy crunch), probably the Erewhon Cocoa Crispy Brown Rice (to make crispy rice treats, that just sounds like a winner), and the Erewhon Brown Rice Cream (for when the baby is ready for solids).”

As for all of that crispy brown rice cereal it looks like she will be receiving, I recommend my Nourishing No-Bake Chocolate Chip Crispy Treats recipe.  For you corn flake fans, this Oven “Fried” Fish recipe is lovely too. I have one more cereal-inspired recipe to perfect and post, but for now, we will take a cereal break. I have a wonderfully simple autumn recipe to share tomorrow …
