I love this site and your resources--will be really helpful to several of my patients I see for feeding treatment (selective eaters, problem eaters) I have a link on my blog to the original "milk free blog", should I replace that with this site? Didn't know if you still use the other. You might find this post interesting...ties in well to this site since I encourage milk free elimination trials often!

You might find this post interesting...i'd be interested in hearing if you have seen or heard of these same changes since going dairy free??

Welcome back! I just got back from 9 Internet-free days myself and I have to admit that there's something kind of refreshing about it...

Your trip sounds fantastic! And those books sound great too, I'd like to read both. I finished Omnivore's Dilemma recently so I'd be interested to see what else Pollan has to say.

I'm glad you enjoyed some of the great things about our province :D I don't recognize the lake you were at though - not that surprising, there are many here, and I know I haven't been to even half of them.

Where can you find coconut milk kefir? At Whole Foods? I don't think I've noticed it at my co-op. Right now I'm finishing up a bottle of Trader Joe's kefir and I like it a lot with cereal.
