I love flatbreads. They are one of my favorite kinds of breads to make. I love them with grilled kebabs.

Hey, I am totally in awe seeing your post. These parathas need a lot of practice to make it perctly without the potato stuffing oozing out!! And you have made it perfectly. I remember the first time making this and it was a total disaster.Hats off!! Am still yet to post for the event!!

I love potato stuffed flat bread and always order it in Indian restaurants. I’ll definitely save this recipe to try. (I’ve been using white whole wheat and it seems to make a lighter bread without sacrificing any nutrition.)
