For whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, I would do 4 to 6 hours on low - not too long. Just place the chicken in a single layer in your crockpot, cover with additions (salsa, beans, seasonings, etc.), making sure the chicken is well coated and there is a good amount of liquid from the salsa (you don't want the chicken to dry out), cover, set on low, and come back later.

Hello Elly,

I just got a crockpot (small one for two ppl) - and I really have no idea how to use it. My daughter has decided to go gluten and dairy intolerant, oh dear, at age 12.

So now I have to figure out how to cook great things, also without olive- or olive oil - her other allergy....

I would love to know the cooking time and prep that you use for your crockpot.

Mine was a gift, and as I was not brought up on its use, your expertise would come in quite handy!

Many thanks in advance,
Heather

Wow, the cooking way of this dish is great, I’ll try it later and I hope it tastes delicious. Just one suggestion: If you add some cooking pictures it will be easier to follow!

looks very tasty and so easy too!
I don't know if you've ever seen the episode of Seinfeld where they talk about salsa but it is amazing!

JERRY: "What do you need salsa for?"

GEORGE: "Salsa is now the number one condiment in America."

JERRY: "You know why? Because people like to say "salsa." "Excuse me, do
you have any salsa?" "We need more salsa." "Where is the salsa? No salsa?"
