		<description>I just copied this recipe -- yum, it looks wonderful. I do my own version, but with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. I really like the idea of the flax seeds. Very creative! I agree with Amy, it does sound like it would be good as a veggie sauce.

		<description>I made this using rice wine vinegar minus the flax seed.  It was amazing.  It was not too runny with just the honey, mustard and vinegar.  Next time I&#039;m going to try a spicey mustard.  I plan on using it for veggie sauce too.  I love the fact that it is so low in calories.  Thanks!</description>
