I would imagine it might work better than the tofu from what I have read, as tofu gives more of an egg-y consistency.  I have heard that TVP has a meatier texture.  Hmm, I wonder if any veggies would work well too?</description>

		<description>I bet that it would be easy enough to replace the ground meat with either firm crumbled tofu or maybe tvp... I&#039;m expecting some wonton wrappers to come in the mail soon, so maybe I&#039;ll play around with it a little!</description>
